You MUST read and understand these terms.

Ina Spicer Art is to be used ONLY for the the following designs:

* Email Stationary such as Incredi-mail layouts.
* Signature/Comment Tags.
* Avatars.
* Part of layout for web scrap page(s).
* Part of web sets, including skins, such as MySpace layout, blogs.
* Personal computer desktop wallpaper, icons, etc
* Personal use crafts such as but not limited to:
printed stationary pages, bookmarkers, decoupage projects, gift tags, coloring pages, ornaments, etc.

All designs must be a completed project with my art being only one element therein.
This means, Do Not Mix with other artists images!

Your finished design may NOT be uploaded to any online art gallery or any forums for distribution.
(online photo albums for tag show-off or pick-up is fine)
Your finished design can NOT be printed on any products, except personal use from your own computer, such as
a stationary page to send someone a personal letter.
Your finished design can NOT be larger than 600 px wide or 700 px tall 72 dpi.
Ina Spicer name copyright MUST be clearly visible and legible on the design.

You must purchase my artwork in order to get permission for Personal Use.
That is the only way you are issued an ID number (lic. #) to use my art.
You must purchase each piece of artwork you intend to use.

EXAMPLE:
You purchase Fairy Tube Set-001 Download,
and now have license number for personal use,
This does not mean you can "help yourself" to other Ina Spicer fairy images or mermaids.
You only have permission for the Fairy Tube set-001.
Here's an example of how you write on your designs, tags, etc.:

Please do not email me about your number unless you've lost the order number.
Every user must obtain and use a valid user agreement! This is how I know who is using the art, and if I or
someone else sees the art being used without a user number on it, then we know the art was taken illegally!
There are no exceptions! Everyone using my artwork is given a number.
If I have allowed a non profit group permission group to use my art- they still are given a number.

User agreement's number must be written and clearly visible on all designs.

Artwork may never be used in designs or on web sites that promote hate, criminal activity, pornography,
demonizing.

Artwork may not used in conjunction with other artists’works, within banners and graphics.

Artwork can be modified: cropping, changing to black/white, rescaling to fit, as long as it is not distorted.

Additions can be made, such as: text, borders, animated glitter, rain, snow or other complimentary elements.

Animation is allowed.

Artwork can never be sold by agreeing user, neither the png files/images nor the artwork on prints and products.

Purchased artwork can not be redistributed to others, not from other download sites, shops, or communities, not
even for purpose of sharing or gifting. This is strictly forbidden.
Every unique user of the art must have an agreement and a current, valid ID#.
